民国年间，青年老师吴威带领一群学生来到远遥村采风。夜晚，众人留宿黄家大宅时，发现每个房间都摆放着诡异木偶。午夜怪事频发，几名学生离奇丧命。与木偶戏班班主的爱女哑女死因同样诡异，吴威和学生芊芊不信鬼怪，开始深挖平远遥村背后的秘密……。Marina, a reporter for a sensational newspaper wants to quit, but she agrees to do one last story about a serial killer. However, the killer escapes from the mental institution. Marina and the investigator Pavel follow him to an area where some very unpleasant people live. The serial killer may be the least of their worries.。
