In the peace and quiet of their natural surroundings, which provide a refuge from the intense heat of the sun, the women go through the text and dress up in their ruched period costumes, while in easy conversation they share their secrets, and also have little adven...。深圳特区主干道高速公路上发生了一起抢劫案，劫匪在客车里浇满了汽油，威逼乘客交出钱财。混乱中客车发生爆炸，司机和一名老人当场死亡，劫匪抢走了一只手提箱。此案震惊中国内外，东平市决定成立成立全国唯一一支交警队伍中的刑警中队--雷霆纵横大队刑警中队，来对付日益猖獗的路霸团伙。 丢失手提箱的人没有报案，劫匪在高速公路继续做案与警察发生冲突，劫匪一死一伤，受伤的劫匪在转院途中被人杀死。但警方却掌握了路霸团伙的线索，不料路霸团伙的成员一个接一个地死掉，最后连团伙头目也被人杀死并肢解。案件陷入了僵局，警方的注意力又重新回到了那只没报案的箱子上。
