Rutherford reveals his unorthodox plan to determine Martin's suitability for the post of head...。故事发生在解放军某部的基层俱乐部。因老主任调离，很有文艺天分的侦察营二级士官富晓乐阴差阳错的当上了俱乐部的“代理主任”。原本一心想在训练场上争先夺冠的侦察训练尖子富晓乐，并不十分情愿当这个文化“官”儿，但深知“服从命令是军人天职”的他还是走马上任了，上任前，他与顶头上司贾干事私下定了“口头合同”，这个“代理主任”多则半年，就放他回战斗连队去干本行。。
