It’s a mission which secures her unpopularity, among children and parents alike…。楚留香（狄龙）与一点红（凌云）自从在神水宫杀死了无花和尚后，又回到中原。结识了李玉函（岳华）与柳无眉（井莉）夫妇。在此前后，楚曾遇到连串莫名其妙的事情，后来，楚才知柳身患宿疾，她需要以楚的人头到蝙蝠岛去换取一种药物治病，是以欲置楚于死地，楚亲往蝙蝠岛了解事件，才惊觉阴谋中又有阴谋。。
