Leslie Calvin, the sole survivor of a submarine accident, goes to her relatives in order to recover emotionally. Unfortunately she encounters various scam artists led by Mr. Sydney who intend to kill her and steal the family assets. Dr. George Grover helps Leslie to defeat Sydney.。为了后述的全金动画第4作『Invisible Victory』，由千明导演担任总指挥，使用2010年代下的最新技术对第1期动画进行了改进，自2017年11月起，以『TV动画「全金属狂潮！」导演剪辑版』为题的三部曲总集篇在两处东京·一处大阪的影院进行了各自为期一周的期间限定上映。
