Regularly stigmatised as “dragon-women”, they reveal the survival mechanisms they use and the personal battles they fight in this ultra-patriarchal professional field where they represent a tiny minority.。1949年，西南解放后，蒋介石败走台湾。潜伏的国民党特务吉凡雨（太钢 饰）正密谋暴乱，想颠覆我新生的人民政权。我侦察人员楚灵（石兆琪 饰）化装到川西地区侦察，巧遇正在抓捕黑老雕（张西河 饰）的公安人员张号（李国忠 饰），获悉敌人要暗杀首长。得知司令员（袁志顺 饰）已到黄将军（张凤翔 饰）府上，楚速赶到，开枪击毙了欲行剌的敌副官，司令员将杀错人的楚关押审查。牢中偶遇黑老雕，黑以为楚是自己人，托他出去为自己报仇。朝鲜战争爆发后，吉凡雨认为时机已到，他给各路土匪加油打气，分头做工作，以期择日暴动。他哪知“游击之母”（王学清 饰）、歪龙（韩海华 饰）等几股土匪已被我悉数歼灭......。
