But are they for real?。本片讲述了互相怀有好感的弥生（波瑠）与太郎（成田凌）两位主角从十几岁到五十岁的半生。他们在几十年里各自结婚生子，却又遇到各种困难，然而两人总是相互陪伴，不曾远离。。该片改编自莫言同名中篇小说，以童稚观点回忆了“我爷爷余占鳌”和“我奶奶”的故事。 “我奶奶”19岁时心不甘情不愿地出嫁，路上与轿夫余占鳌生出感情，走到十八里坡时，两人没能按捺住心中欲火于高粱地里野合，“我奶奶”怀上余占鳌的骨肉嫁给了李大头。李大头死后，“我奶奶”撑起李家的烧酒作坊，不久余占鳌正式成为 “我爷爷”，并独创酿制好酒十八红的方法。抗日战争期间，“我爷爷”和“我奶奶”在“我爹”九岁时连手谱写了一曲悲歌。。
