在高中的一个暑假，桦山由佳（土屋太凤 饰）和其他九名同学从昏迷中醒来，却发现他们被囚在位于某个偏远乡村的废弃建筑物内。众人懵懵懂懂，只有由佳抱着无所谓的态度。这时，放在房间角落里的录像机和电视突然自动运行起来，屏幕中显示出相应文字。在场的十个人禁止走出建筑，他们必须参加人狼游戏。十人中有两个人是人狼，其他“村民”必须在规定时间前找出人狼并将其杀掉，而人狼则同样要设法杀掉村民。截止期限前未完成任务或者违反规则都将面临处死的命运。少男少女带着些许玩乐的心态进行着游戏，可是游戏却朝着难以预料的方向发展…… 本片根据川上亮的小说原作改编。。A troupe of struggling stage actors is rehearsing for a small-town production of a play. Everything seems to be as it should until one of the cast members turns up dead. In a panic, the others try to get out, only to find they are now locked in the theater with the killer! Which one of them committed the murder, and who will get out alive?。
