The 'Owner House' has been vacant for several years because of its very dark history but with the recent series of murders it has been taken to the next level. A family who just moved in has been murdered causing the curiosity of a group of friends to get the best of them. Deciding to break in and investigate with hand held cameras, would be the worst decision of their fun fill...。一只被遗弃的小猫误打误撞进入一幢神秘的别墅。别墅的主人劳伦斯，一位退休魔术师，收养了小猫并为它取名——雷电。很快，雷电就和别墅里各色有趣的机器人们打成了一片。这间仿佛被施了魔法的别墅既神奇又有趣……但是就在劳伦斯住院的期间，他的侄子企图偷偷卖掉别墅。雷电想到了一个好办法：把这幢别墅变成鬼屋！它和它的小伙伴们将齐心协力守护家园……。诗牛牛（张蒙鑫饰）是班里不折不扣的刺头，经常跟同学和老师对着干，周围人对他愈发失去信心。毛叶（刘祐榕饰）在班上向来沉默寡言，只专心在自己的本子上涂涂画画，也因此被班上同学排挤。一次巧合将两位被边缘化的孩子安排到同一个“特殊雅座”上，因此建立了深厚的友谊。恰逢校长的表妹粉提老师（刘盼饰）要完成硕士毕业论文，需要实地调研学生的心理状态，两位“问题少年”进入她的视野，旁人眼里无药可救的差生，却有着不为人知的闪光点……。
