蜜（川津明日香饰）在中学时期有过一段让她至今难忘的恋情，虽然遗憾的没有走到最后，但是对于自己的初恋情人，蜜依然怀有着诸多的遐想。进入了大学后，蜜发誓一定要走出过去的阴云，展开新的恋情，可让她没有想到的是，住在自己隔壁房间的，竟然就是初恋男友枫（铃木仁饰）。 5年没见，枫变得成熟了，但是依然还是这样的温柔。这意外的重逢让本来下定决心重新开始的蜜感到内心痒痒的。和枫一起出现的，还有枫的好友和叶（吉田仁人饰），他似乎也被蜜深深的吸引了。夹在两个男人之间，蜜不知道该做出怎样的选择。。Back Stage is a 1919 comedy, one of the last films that Buster Keaton would appear with Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle before they went their separate ways, Keaton would get his own studio, and Arbuckle got into feature length films.
