Years after an alien invasion almost extinguished human mankind, refugee on a secret base on the Moon, three heroes decide to jump into a time travel in the desperate attempt to save the survivors but they don't know that the Sentinel is waiting for them.。原作は児童精神科クリニックを舞台に、自らも発達障害（ADHD）を抱える院長と研修医のコンビが、さまざまな生きづらさを抱える子供とその家族に向き合うさまを描いた同名マンガ。ドラマでは、叔母が営んでいた小さなクリニックを引き継ぐ佐山卓を山崎が演じ、自身の発達障害を知り一度は医者になることをあきらめようとする研修医・遠野志保に松本が扮する。。
