The show features some of the world's leading fashion models such as current Victoria's Secret Angels Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Doutzen Kro...。心高气傲的青年男医生左右（贾乃亮 饰）一心想在外科大显身手，谁知却“子承父业”被分配到了父亲左盛德（郭凯敏 饰）担任主任的华南医院妇产科从医。他为此极度郁闷，因为不仅随时随地遭受他人一样的眼光，还随时可能威胁与女友的恋爱关系。为了做通儿子的工作，老左委派高足——和左右同在产科的钱小小（李小璐 饰）去和儿子共事。然而性格刚烈直爽的小小时不时会与别扭无常的左右发生冲突，俨然成为产科的一道风景。 生死大事，无论如何，作为一名医生的左右渐渐熟稔并接受了现在的工作。他和同事们一道迎接新生命的到来，在这个神圣的岗位上，左右与小小之间也萌生出珍贵的爱情……。
