Is he able to break the magical two-hour limit and write history?。本片由「小雲雀」顧媚擔綱主演，更有一群當紅歌星客串演出。這是一個有關歌星與記者的愛情奇緣喜劇，顧媚飾著名歌星小雲雀，自曼谷來香港演唱，巧遇陳厚飾的冒失記者劉仕泰；仕泰為刺探桃色事件內情，假扮南洋界娛樂鉅子親近小雲雀，期間笑料百出之餘，亦交往出真感情來。片中出現多首經典歌曲，包括顧媚主唱的《空虛的夢》、方逸華主唱的《花月佳期》及潘秀瓊主唱的《情人的眼淚》等。。《神探可伦坡》第十二季共由以下三部组成： 1、It's All in the Game：由主演Peter Falk亲自编剧，并指定Faye Dunaway出演与其对决的女嫌疑人； 2、Butterfly in Shades of Grey：曾在NBC版第六季之Fade in to Murder出演凶手的William Shatner再度回归出演凶手，本集编剧Peter S. Fischer后为CBS推理剧《女作家与谋杀案》前七季担任执行制片人； 3、Undercover：本集与1992年的No Time to Die同样改编自Ed McBain的惊险小说，是又一次试图打破固有模式的尝试。。
