Story takes place at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii just before the attack by the Japanese on December 7, 1941. The main plot deals with the adulterous love affair between Sgt. Warden and Karen Holmes, who's married to Warden's commanding officer Captain Dana Holmes.。特警队员阿龙在集训中表现突出，被安排成为警方卧底，查明恐怖组织首脑大铁飞来龙港的目的。大铁飞在得知中东研制的武器失败的消息后，派人潜进理工学院绑架女学生小晴，企图以此威胁学院交出重要研究成果。为了自己爱人小晴，阿龙决心不再隐藏身份，展开营救。
