Inspired by the “parachute kids” he knew growing up, writer/director Johnson Cheng explores the emotions of a daughter who is allowed ...。Patterning himself after the American gangster John Dillinger, a criminal is tracked by an inspector, a former childhood friend.。1943年抗日战争期间，胶东半岛海阳地区人民配合八路军展开敌后作战。村民赵化龙阴差阳错地毁掉了日军少佐小泉设计的阴谋，救出了根据地派来发展敌后游击队的李国强。赵化龙优异的表现使他被派到军区专门学习造雷技术。学习归来的赵化龙如虎添翼，根据每一次的战斗总结经验，在不同的战斗中研究发明不同的地雷，制造出一个个神出鬼没的地雷战场，炸得敌人胆战心惊，赵化龙也在战争的磨砺中成长和强大。小泉煞费苦心地请来排雷专家井上和赵化龙斗法；军区派来了化学专家汪缜协助赵化龙对付井上。日军几次击退游击队，赵化龙总结教训，在汪缜的帮助下，不断改进地雷技术，使井上无计可施。解放海阳城的战斗终于打响了，赵化龙带领游击队为攻城的八路军主力扫清障碍，小泉守城部队战败，被炸死在地雷阵中。赵化龙和他的部队又开赴新的战场。。
