王双立是某地文化馆的代馆长，这个馆长一代就是好几年，想升也升不上去，却也没有其他变动。不料一天，来了新的文化馆长老马，这让王双立离正馆长的距离更远了。新馆长老马原是个副乡长，王双立认为他是个土包子，心里很是不以为然，利用自己对文化馆人际关系熟 悉的优势，想方设法给老马出难题。经过几轮较量，老马终于被挤走，王双立又成了代馆长，再次受领导重用，岂料，螳螂捕蝉黄雀在后，秘书小阎成了新一任馆长。王双立不甘心，再次和小阎斗法，想将对方挤走，这次王双立还能如愿与偿吗？。战国时代──以恐怖来统治天下最凶最恶的武将“牙鬼幻月”。由“伊贺崎家”率领的一群忍者，经过激烈的战斗，打倒了“牙鬼幻月”。 但“牙鬼幻月”却留下了不详的预言… “444年后，我将变成妖怪复活再次以恐怖支配天下！”时光流逝—— 终结忍者“伊贺崎好天”跟复活的妖怪“牙鬼幻月”决斗，并成功将它封印。时光再次流逝到了现代──“牙鬼幻月”的封印被解除， “牙鬼幻月”的怨念生出了一批妖怪，这些妖怪们组成“牙鬼军团”， 为了让“牙鬼幻月”完全复活，妖怪们到处搜集人们的恐惧心，开始向人们展开袭击！紧急时刻，出现了5个年轻人。 他们正是伊贺崎家的末裔，也就是终结忍者・伊贺崎好天的孙子们！“当忍则忍，可不忍则不忍！” 三代同堂，用火热的“忍者心”（Nintality）以及各种异想天开的忍术来漂亮的击退妖怪！为了继承祖父的“终结忍者”这个封号，也为了阻止妖怪军团让“牙鬼幻...。In this bitingly satirical film Peter Slovan, a continuous source of trouble for the film functionaries of the socialist Slovakia, tackles an evergreen topic – the corruptive effects of power. Barnabáš Kos, a triangle player at a symphonic orchestra, is suddenly promoted to serve as the head of the said institution, even though both he and his superiors deem him completely unfit for the task. Encouraged in equal parts by this unexpected recognition and the servile praise of his colleagues, Kos’s modesty starts to gradually vanish. The erstwhile bashful and aloof percussionist quickly becomes aware of the advantages of his new office, and begins to realise his increasingly ludicrous artistic ambitions. Ultimately, the submissive marionette turns into a source of public humiliation, and his astonishing career finds an abrupt end. Orchestra serves here as a microcosm that grotesquely reflects the absurd and tragicomic mechanisms of the paranoid apparatus of power.
