Sucker-Free City, or S.F.C., revolves around the conflicts among white, black, Latino and Asian street gangs in San Francisco. 旧金山，恶棍自由之城，或者叫作S.F.C，在那里，白人，黑人，拉丁美洲人和亚洲人，由不同人组成的街头帮派所引起的冲突充满了整座城市。。1979年Quadrophenia(四重人格)这部由电影的上映带起了Mod的复兴。片中内容讲述了1960年代因为出生于劳工阶级的Mods，因为无法摆脱现实的桎梏，无法摆脱自己的社会阶级，以及生活当中的苦闷，真实再现了Mods的生活。 一句话评论 Hell On Wheels! We are, we are, we are the mods. 幕后制作本片由The Who监制，配乐除了使用The Who的Quadrophenia专辑当中的音乐外，还加上Mods最爱的黑人灵魂乐等乐风，Sting在当中也有饰演一角。。
