当史酷比和神秘公司参观越野赛车比赛时，不久就会发生奇怪的事件。一个神秘的幻影赛车，它被称为地狱，正在引起混乱，并决心破坏比赛。。A pilots pregnant wife is killed by a band of thugs who break into their home. The gang is caught and sent off to prison.
