本剧以主妇こだま的自传改编，描述发现丈夫・研一（中村苍）的性器插不进来，仍持续与对方交往并结婚的女性渡边（山本）久美子（石桥菜津美）为主角的故事。。皮皮鲁和鲁西西是一对双胞胎兄妹，鲁西西成绩优异，皮皮鲁调皮贪玩。有一天鲁西西在家里发现了一个奇怪的罐头，罐头里面出现了五个只有火柴棍高的小人，鲁西西给他们分别起名博士、上尉、艺术家、歌唱家、外交官。皮皮鲁与鲁西西这对兄妹在结识了五位罐头小人后，他们的学习和生活发生了翻天覆地的变化，开启了一系列奇幻冒险趣事。。A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success.
