内蒙古某大漠村庄，因为没有大路，产妇死在去医院的路上。村长社长都出外打工了，前任村支书、老党员老万，苦等旗委书记巴音的到来。巴音下到村里体察民情，拨款修通了村道，群众万分高兴，命名为“心连心路”。。这是一个每个人都为篮球而疯狂的城市，每年，城市里都会举办篮球争霸赛，代表了城市的最高荣耀，为了在比赛中夺得冠军，无数支球队正在踌躇满志地摩拳擦掌。高飞（邱泽 饰）很早就失去了父母，他的人生因此陷入了迷惘之中，为了找寻心中的理想和希望，高飞踏上了流浪的旅途。 一次偶然中，迷路的高飞闯入了这座充斥着篮球的城市，高飞的到来在城市里掀起了轩然大波，因为他拥有着敏捷的反应能力和极好的弹跳能力。这样的高飞很快就遭到了各个球队的哄抢，面对来势汹汹的市民，高飞选择了逃亡，就这样，高飞同城市里的另一个传说风雪新（张勋杰 饰）相遇了。。George Harvey Bone is a composer in early 20th century London, who is under stress because he is writing a piano concerto. Due to this stress, he gets black outs when ever he hears dissonances.
