在东南亚某国华人区的北区发生一起刑事案件，陈警司回答记者问题，并承诺很快破案。此时留学归来的女侦探Judy向陈警司询问案件情况，并参与该案件的侦破工作。来到重案组的Judy结识了原南区刑事重案科组长嘉伟，此次嘉伟调遣到北区就是专门负责这起案件。。It was supposed to be a normal day for Alana (11) and Zara (11).
