Defending the California territory and patch begins to claim lives within the club and causes strain between EZ and Angel.。《牛筋》描写了生活在中国农村中一群朴实厚道的现代农民的典型，他们的朴实揭示了人与人之间的美好人间故事------纯洁、善良；他们的犟劲同时又唤发出了一些有正义感的人们------情感。 故事通过牛筋一个林校毕业的学生，怀着对树木的情感，在表舅的带动下，在党的农村政策的感召下；觉得自己应该在植树造林上应该能有所收益，可是婚期的临近；补助款又迟迟没下来，一个突发事件，他所承包的后大坡又发现了金矿，随着这个突发事件的展开，本来是一件好事；可是这个开金矿的却是当年滥采滥伐把一个好端端的樱桃沟给祸害了的翟经理，就是这个人他的不择手段掠夺，使得樱桃沟污染严重，就连飞来的鸟都无法生存，牛筋的亲生父亲和表舅也相继死去，在这严重的情况下，牛筋由一个不自觉到一个自觉的为保护树木而不惜生命的战士。 其思想性在于，他们的善良；他们的朴实；他们的倔犟。都在围绕着一个他们朴实的情感，就是为保护好首都的水资源。他们在做着某些牺牲，但他们是快乐的。不仅使我想起（宋）王淇的一句话：“不受尘埃半点侵，竹篙茅舍自甘心。”的英雄壮举。。
