A TUBA TO CUBA follows New Orleans' famed Preservation Hall Jazz Band as they retrace their musical roots from the storied city of jazz to the shores of Cuba and in turn discover a connection that runs much deeper than could have been imagined.。男主戴夏儿时沉迷游戏、学习很差，是个问题儿童，被反派利用，以家教身份进入戴家。反派利用戴夏父母的善良和信任，精心策划了一场骗局，鸠占鹊巢，成为豪宅主人。二十年后，戴夏长大成人，决定回到属于自己的家。。七十年代末，性话题仍然是禁忌，这位性格内向的皮肤医生和性病专家开始以“高潮医生”为笔名兼职做性专栏作家，他的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化。。
