本剧讲述身患遗传病的都市女孩陈天心，在生命低谷中只身前往甘南藏族自治州的雪山阿尼念卿山旅行静心途中意外闯入藏族制片人多吉仁钦的剧组后发生的一系列故事。在此过程中，天心认识了甘南足球队的贡布嘉和藏服设计师桑吉措，四个人产生了情感拉扯。天心在了解藏族文化过程中找到了支撑自己活下去的事业理想，她坚定信念放下感情，也得到了多吉和贡布嘉的支持。。Brief Meetings is about a love triangle between three very different people.
